EMS :Korea to Philippines

Hello , This post is all about my personal experince in claming Parcels sent thru EMS from Korea to Philippines. I ordered a BTS Calendar from a K Diamond(K-Army) last   January 4, 2019. After a week she gave me the tracking number and  she sent it thru EMS , its my First Time to receive items from other countries so I'm quite nervous how would be the process. This are the steps I've done to track my parcel.

1. I tracked my package thru aftership. My package number was RR519142579KR. 

       My parcel already arrived in the Philippines Last January 16, 2019. Every.  day I check the status but still the same. 

2. When I couldn't track my package at Aftership anymore. I tried to track it at PH Post Website https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph
When your packages already in the philippines. You can use the Phpost Tracking Site.
Here's the status of my order . 

My package was cleared from Custom Duties so it will be forwarded to my Local Post Office. Since Its Friday(Jan 18). I thought they will forward it on Monday. Until Jan. 23, the status is still the same. 

3. I emailed them to follow  up my package . Since the website has no update if its already in the Post Office in our Area. I emailed last Jan. 22  but got no reply, So emailed again last Jan. 23, Got a reply already. 

4. I emailed the Pasig Central Post Office but didn't get a Reply. But last January 28, 2019 I received a notice card from the Post Office that I need to claim my Parcel at Central Post Office. 

5. I went to the Post Office Parcel Section last Jan. 31 , You just need to give your cars to the person in the Window and wait for your name to be called. I paid 112 pesos.I think you need to request for the receipt. They will not  provide you if you did not request. I did not request for a receipt. So no receipt was given to me. 😟😟

Tadahh. I already got my order. 😊😊😊

PS. Since I don't know how to go to the Post Office, I booked a Grab. Only to find out that you can go there thru Jeepney. 😲😲
